Nexvisory Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which customers of Nexvisory ("Nexvisory", "we", "us", or "our") may be eligible for a refund of Subscription Fees paid for access to the Nexvisory business management platform (the "Platform" or "Service"). This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern your overall use of the Platform, and our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the more specific provisions of this Refund Policy will apply to refund requests.

Nexvisory is a web-based (SaaS) business management platform, paid for with a single, one-off payment rather than a recurring subscription. Because Subscription Fees are charged in exchange for lifetime access to software functionality rather than for a physical product, our approach to refunds reflects the nature of that arrangement. This policy sets out, as clearly as possible, when a refund may be available, how to request one, and what happens once a request has been made.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such mandatory rights apply and are broader than what is set out below, those rights will take precedence.

2. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Overview

Nexvisory offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. This means that if you are not satisfied with the Platform after subscribing, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in this policy.

2.2 What the Guarantee Covers

The 14-day guarantee applies to:

  • A customer's first paid Subscription purchase with Nexvisory (i.e., the initial purchase made when signing up for a new paid plan for the first time).
  • Purchases made directly through the Nexvisory website and processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

2.3 What the Guarantee Does Not Automatically Cover

The existence of a 14-day guarantee does not mean that every purchase or every circumstance is automatically eligible for a refund. The guarantee is subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in Section 4 of this policy. Customers should review those conditions carefully, as certain types of purchases and certain circumstances fall outside the scope of the guarantee.

2.4 Calculating the 14-Day Period

The 14-day period begins on the date your initial paid Subscription purchase is processed and successfully charged through Stripe. Requests received after this 14-day window has closed will not be eligible under this guarantee, although they may still be considered at our discretion in accordance with Section 6.

2.5 Full Amount Refunded

The 14-day guarantee applies in the same way regardless of which Subscription package you have selected. If you request a refund within 14 days under this guarantee and your request is approved, the full amount you paid will be refunded, not merely a prorated portion covering 14 days of use. Outside of this initial 14-day window, your Subscription Fee is non-refundable except as set out in Section 3, and customers should carefully consider their expected usage before purchasing.

2.6 Free Trials

Where a Free Trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial period itself, so the 14-day guarantee described in this section applies from the date your card is first charged following conversion of the trial into a paid Subscription — not from the date the Free Trial began. If you cancel during the Free Trial itself, before any payment is taken, no charge will occur and no refund request is necessary.

3. One-Off Payment and Plan Upgrades

3.1 No Recurring Fees

Subscriptions to Nexvisory are a single, one-off payment, not a recurring charge. There is no Billing Cycle, no automatic renewal, and no further payment required to keep your existing plan active once you have paid for it.

3.2 Upgrades

If you upgrade your Subscription to a higher-tier plan, the additional fee charged for the upgrade is a new, one-off charge and is not separately eligible for the 14-day guarantee described in Section 2, which applies only to a customer's first paid Subscription purchase.

3.3 Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, due to a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or a technical fault with our billing system — please contact us as soon as possible using the details in Section 11. Genuine billing errors of this kind are corrected and refunded promptly upon verification and are not subject to the 14-day window described in Section 2, as they fall outside the ordinary operation of the money-back guarantee altogether.

4. Eligibility Conditions and Exclusions

4.1 General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day guarantee, all of the following conditions must generally be met:

  • The refund request relates to a customer's first paid Subscription purchase;
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date;
  • The Subscription has not been identified as being used in a manner inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions, including the Acceptable Use provisions;
  • The purchase was made directly with Nexvisory through our website, rather than through a third-party reseller, marketplace, or partner (where applicable, refunds for such purchases are subject to the refund terms of that third party).

4.2 Circumstances That May Affect Eligibility

Certain circumstances may affect whether a refund request is approved, including but not limited to:

  • Repeat sign-ups. Where a customer has previously received a refund under this guarantee and subsequently opens a new Account, the 14-day guarantee may not apply a second time.
  • Suspected abuse. Where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose — for example, repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles used to obtain extended free access to the Platform — we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
  • Breach of the Terms and Conditions. Where a customer's use of the Platform has breached our Terms and Conditions, including the Acceptable Use provisions, we reserve the right to decline a refund request, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
  • Add-ons and custom services. Any add-on features, custom onboarding services, or bespoke arrangements purchased separately from a standard Subscription package may be subject to different refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4.3 Partial Refunds

Refunds issued under this policy are generally provided as a full refund of the eligible purchase amount, rather than a partial or prorated refund, except where we determine at our discretion that a partial refund is more appropriate to the circumstances (for example, where a customer has made substantial use of premium features included in a higher-tier plan before requesting a refund on a lower-tier equivalent).

4.4 Effect of a Refund on Your Data

If a refund is approved and processed, your Account and Subscription will typically be cancelled at the same time, and your access to the Platform will be restricted in accordance with Section 5.3. We recommend exporting any Content you wish to retain before submitting a refund request, as a processed refund is generally treated as equivalent to cancellation for the purposes of data access and retention under our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

5. How to Close Your Account

5.1 Closing Your Account

Because Subscription Fees are a one-off, lifetime payment, there is no recurring charge to cancel. If you no longer wish to use the Platform, Customers may close their Account at any time by accessing their Account settings within the Platform and following the steps provided there. Account closure can also be requested by contacting our support team directly using the details in Section 11.

5.2 Effect of Closing Your Account

Closing your Account ends your access to the Platform immediately. Closing your Account is not, by itself, a request for a refund of fees already paid; if you also wish to request a refund, please follow the process described in Section 6.

5.3 Access After Closure

Following closure, your access to the Platform will be restricted or suspended in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We recommend exporting any Content you wish to retain before closing your Account.

6. How to Request a Refund

6.1 Submitting a Request

To request a refund, please contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 11, including the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Nexvisory Account;
  • The date of the purchase you are requesting a refund for;
  • The reason for your refund request (this helps us process your request efficiently and improve our Service, though providing a detailed explanation is not a condition of eligibility under the 14-day guarantee);
  • Any relevant transaction or invoice reference, if available.

6.2 Review of Requests

Once we receive a refund request, we will review it against the eligibility conditions set out in Section 4. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable timeframe and to provide a decision as promptly as possible.

6.3 Requests Outside the 14-Day Window

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee period has closed are not automatically eligible for a refund. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider requests made outside this window on a case-by-case basis — for example, in cases involving a billing error, a duplicate charge, or exceptional circumstances. Submitting a request outside the guarantee period does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

6.4 Our Decision

We will notify you by email of the outcome of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will proceed to process the refund as described in Section 7. If your request is declined, we will explain the reason for that decision where practicable.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Payment Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Nexvisory does not issue refunds via alternative payment methods, cash, or store credit unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7.2 Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, we will submit the refund request to Stripe promptly. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear back in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer's own processing times, and can typically take up to 5–10 business days, though this may vary.

7.3 Currency and Conversion

Refunds are issued in the same currency in which the original payment was made. Where your payment method involved a currency conversion at the time of purchase, any differences arising from exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and the refund date are outside of Nexvisory's control, and we are not responsible for any resulting variance in the refunded amount.

7.4 Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation once a refund has been processed on our end. If you do not see the refunded amount reflected in your account within a reasonable time after receiving this confirmation, please contact your bank or card issuer directly, as the delay may relate to their own processing timelines rather than to Nexvisory.

7.5 Taxes on Refunded Amounts

Where applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax was charged as part of your original purchase, an approved refund will generally include a corresponding refund of that tax, calculated in line with the original transaction. Customers who account for such taxes independently (for example, through their own VAT returns) remain responsible for making any corresponding adjustments in their own records once a refund has been issued.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

8.1 Contact Us First

If you believe you have been charged in error, or you are dissatisfied with a charge, we ask that you contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, billing concerns can be resolved more quickly and efficiently by contacting us directly than through the chargeback process.

8.2 Effect of a Chargeback

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or card provider instead of, or in addition to, contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your Account while the matter is investigated, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted — for example, where the underlying Subscription Fees were properly charged in accordance with these policies — we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include permanently suspending the associated Account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, our Subscription offerings, or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an updated version on our website with a revised "Last updated" date, or by other means where appropriate. Refund requests will generally be assessed against the version of this policy in effect at the time of the original purchase, unless a more recent version of the policy provides more favourable terms to the customer.

We encourage customers to review this policy periodically to stay informed of how our refund practices work.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I simply changed my mind? Yes, provided your request falls within the 14-day guarantee described in Section 2 and relates to your first paid Subscription purchase. You do not need to provide a specific justification beyond your dissatisfaction with the Service, although sharing feedback helps us improve.

Will I be charged again after my first payment? No. As explained in Section 3.1, Subscription Fees are a one-off, lifetime payment — there is no recurring charge and nothing to renew.

Can I get a refund for an add-on I purchased separately? Add-ons and custom services purchased outside a standard Subscription package may be subject to different refund terms communicated at the time of purchase, as noted in Section 4.2.

How will I know if my refund request has been approved? We will email you with our decision, as described in Section 6.4, and will proceed to process any approved refund promptly.
